NECK AND BACK INJURY

FACTS: The Plaintiff parked his vehicle in front of property owned by the Defendants, next to the curb. He exited his vehicle and walked around the rear of the vehicle to the sidewalk.

As the Plaintiff stepped up onto the curb, his left foot fell into a hole next to the curb, which was obscured by grass. The hole was not barricaded and there were no signs warning pedestrians about the dangerous hole in the ground.

The Plaintiff fell with his left leg in the hole up to his knee, causing his entire body to twist to the right. As a result, the Plaintiff suffered serious physical injuries to his back and lower extremities.
